The contract is the law of the parties

Your booking through Sefar is a binding electronic contract. You must read and strictly adhere to the House Rules. This includes strict adherence to the allowed number of guests; bringing extra unlisted people is strictly prohibited to avoid legal and social issues.

You must also respect the agreed Check-in and Check-out times. Any modifications require prior coordination with the host, as late check-outs can severely disrupt the cleaning schedule for the next guest.
