Incidents Transparency

Prompt reporting prevents escalation
Accidents happen: a broken glass, a malfunctioning appliance, or a minor scratch on furniture can happen to anyone unintentionally. The golden rule in Sefar is absolute transparency.
It is your ethical duty to immediately report any incident to the host so they can fix or replace it before the next guest arrives. Attempting to hide damages creates unnecessary tension; honesty builds mutual trust and hosts often overlook minor damages when reported sincerely.
